Choosing to work on mental health is a big step. Let me help you on your journey to healing. I have worked almost 30 years with families and children, and have spent most of the last 20 years helping people who have struggle with trauma, anxiety, and family/relationship difficulties. I am trained in EMDR, NET, and Ketamine assisted therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For me, working with clients is a collaboration. We sit together and figure out client strengths, weaknesses, and choose goals to work on. I specialize in treatments for PTSD, and treatment resistant anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to get individualized treatment. My approach to therapy is to treat the mind, paying attention to the way it affects the body. Therapy can be holistic in nature. The office environment fosters healing and nurturing to help clients feel supported and safe.
