Great to meet you!

I’m Elad Cornelia, DNP, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate from Regis College and 20+ years of nursing experience in psychiatry.

Life can feel heavy. When anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, or other mental health challenges take over, even basic daily tasks can feel impossible. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just not yourself, I want you to know: this is a chapter, not your whole story.

My approach is compassionate and patient-centered. I work with diverse clients across the lifespan to provide therapy, medication management, and practical life coaching. With the right connection, support, and treatment plan, you can move forward into a brighter, more hopeful future.

You don’t have to do this alone. Take the first step — I’m here to help you turn the page.

My approach to therapy

Our Approach

Recovery is a process. We guide you through three clear phases designed to provide structure, support, and lasting results.

1. Comprehensive Assessment

We begin with a thorough evaluation of your mental health, medical history, and personal goals. This is where we listen to your story, understand your challenges, and identify what you need to move forward. The goal: a treatment plan built around you, not just your diagnosis.

2. Personalized Treatment & Healing

Using your assessment, we create and implement an individualized plan. This may include evidence-based psychotherapy, medication management, counseling, and integrative strategies to support your mental well-being. We monitor your progress closely and adjust your care as needed to ensure it remains effective.

3. Empowerment for Long-Term Wellness

Our final phase focuses on preparing you for life beyond treatment. We teach practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and build self-awareness so you can manage challenges independently. You’ll leave with the tools, resources, and confidence to thrive in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Your First Visit:

Expect to be in a safe, judgment-free space where you will be heard and supported. We’ll talk through your concerns, mental and medical health history, and goals so I can understand the full picture. There’s no rush to label you with a diagnosis if you do not have one, as accurate diagnoses take time and a thorough assessment.

By the end of the visit, you’ll have clarity on next steps, treatment options, and a personalized plan we create together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on the path forward.
