Great to meet you!

As a counselor, I am passionate about empowering individuals to accomplish their mental health, relationship, academic, and career goals. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling from Wayne State University. My counseling experience includes years of working with couples and individuals on conflict resolution, anger management, communication skills, as well as anxiety and depression. I am licensed in Michigan, Maryland, New Jersey, South Carolina, & Florida

My approach to therapy

My counseling process begins with establishing strong counselor/client relationships. My philosophy is based on the counselor being the facilitator of processes that support the client in finding solutions to their problems and empowering them to take responsibility for their own outcomes. I specialize in improving symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and OCD.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to identify presenting and underlying issues, develop an action plan to address those issues, and you will practice the acquired skills and strategies that promote progress toward reaching your desired goals.
