Great to meet you!

I am a committed mental health therapist who focuses on bringing warmth, compassion, and connection to the therapy space. I am enthusiastic about providing support and consistency, and working to identify the ways our individual stories impact the way we move through our lives.

I obtained my Master's from Loyola University Maryland and completed my initial training at a location that served survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual trauma, and human trafficking. I continue to hold a strong focus on working with and empowering survivors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, and pulls from a variety of modalities. Each person is a complex individual, and the therapy setting should reflect that. Primarily I utilize aspects of DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy. That being said, creating a positive and comfortable therapeutic relationship is the priority. I believe we are each the experts of our own stories, and therapy is a tool meant to facilitate a deeper conversation within ourselves.

What you can expect from me

My goal in each session is to have you leave feeling heard, understood, and supported. You can expect consistency, kindness, and exploration in our time together, even in the face of uncomfortable topics. Emotional safety is a priority in my sessions, and I am committed to collaboration throughout the process.
