Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Corrine and I specialize in anxiety, depression, family conflict and grief - welcome to my practice.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, family conflict, chronic illness, grief, and end-of-life issues. These are deeply human experiences—ones I, too, have faced—and I believe healing begins with connection and compassion.

I understand how early attachment patterns and learned coping mechanisms can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. When those patterns no longer serve us, they can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. My role is to walk alongside you as we uncover the roots of your struggles, explore their impact, and discover new pathways toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating multiple modalities to meet your unique needs. My work is grounded in identifying your strengths and resilience while exploring the past and present experiences that have shaped your journey. With extensive training in evidence-based therapies—including CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based, affirmative, and trauma-informed practices—I tailor each session to support your healing, insight, and empowerment.

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching clients connect the dots, gain clarity, and begin to experience freedom and peace. I am here to support you as you move toward a more integrated, authentic, and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a safe, accepting space where your story is honored. I provide honest, compassionate feedback, practical tools, and somatic techniques to help manage anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. After a thorough evaluation, we’ll set meaningful goals together and regularly check in on your progress. My intention is to help you build a deeper sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and hope—so you can embrace the resilient, empowered version of yourself that’s ready to emerge.
