Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and experienced social work professional with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals, children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration. My professional background includes behavioral health, psychiatric services, child and family services, substance use treatment, hospital-based mental health care, and skilled nursing and long-term care.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, along with psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination. My approach incorporates evidence-based practices and may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and other interventions based on each client's individual needs and goals.

I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, behavioral and emotional difficulties, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and respectful process where clients feel heard, understood, and supported while developing practical strategies for meaningful change.

My extensive experience in hospitals, community-based programs, child and family services, and behavioral health settings has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns, recognize their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward improved emotional and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with emotional or behavioral concerns, experiencing relationship or family challenges, or simply looking for support and personal growth, I believe you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. My goal is to partner with you in developing a treatment approach that is compassionate, practical, and responsive to your individual needs.
