Great to meet you!

I grew up and attended college in small-town Texas but made the move to Northern Idaho to live a mountain inspired lifestyle. I have been a licensed counselor for 10 years and thoroughly enjoy walking alongside my clients as they heal and grow. I love working with teens, young adults, and fellow parents. I have a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I will meet you where you are and do my absolute best to help you feel comfortable and heard. We will collaborate on your therapeutic goals and formulate the road map to achieve them. We will track progress along the way while leaving space to give attention to timely issues that may arise in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter and hopeful. I strive to provide practical tools that you can implement in your life right away. I look forward to helping you in any way that I can.
