Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cory! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with families, individuals, and couples. I work well with individuals experiencing life struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, negative patterns caused by toxic family dynamics, phase of life and adjustment issues, grief and loss, career challenges, self esteem obstacles, relationship struggles.

My approach to therapy

My belief is that we all have struggles throughout our lives, and with the right support, we all have the strength within us to overcome these obstacles. In walking this journey with you, we will use a mind, body, and soul approach. I believe if we are not fulfilling all areas of our health and wellness there will always be parts of us that are not aligned with our truest self, which hinders our natural healing cycle and interferes with us living a meaningful and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are exploratory sessions. We will take the time to explore the topics you are seeking support for. Then the following sessions will consist of a variety of skills development and perspective changing/challenging. Together, we will better understand the influences from your past which may be causing the patterns that are playing out in your life today. We will develop strategies to change these patterns and challenge the negative thoughts and behaviors.
