Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family conflict, or the effects of past trauma on your own. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to trust yourself, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply wondering why things feel harder than they should.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and identity-related concerns. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure.

Therapy is not about having all the answers. It's about creating space to better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward the life you want to build. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is empowering, direct, and open-minded. I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that encourage growth.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, or stress management, we'll work together to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you move forward.

My goal is not to tell you who you should be—it's to help you develop greater confidence in who you already are.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who genuinely wants to understand your story and what has brought you to this point in your life.

Our sessions will be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're processing difficult experiences, navigating a challenging relationship, managing overwhelming emotions, or working through a major life transition, you'll have a space where you can speak openly and feel heard.

You don't have to share everything at once. We'll move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. Over time, many clients begin to experience greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, and increased confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.
