My approach to therapy

We work in partnership.

We will focus on the pieces of your life that no longer make your smile. My role in our partnership is to support, nourish, and highlight the strengths you have in your life. I will share my skill set of supportive listening and mindful acquisition of details to help us explore your journey ahead.

Our work will help us create an achievable path to a sustainable path. By working in partnership we will strengthen your path forward.

What you can expect from me

My sessions come with homework and perhaps some laughter. We will work in our hour together, but there will be more to do before we meet again to keep the conversation active.

.. and well laughter ... because sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry ....we have a range of emotions.

In our time together, we will understand how to value the range of emotions we experience in our lives.
