Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in New Jersey and North Carolina, with over 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University.

Are you someone who’s been carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, chronic anxiety, or persistent depression—often high-functioning on the outside but feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck internally. You may be navigating a major life transition and struggling to make sense of your emotions or identity.

With an eclectic, client-centered approach, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to help clients rewrite their inner narratives, strengthen relationships, and reclaim a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking clarity, I offer a compassionate space grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based care—so you can feel emotionally safe and grounded, build healthier relationships and boundaries, and reconnect with your strengths, identity, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach tailored to each client's unique needs. I offer individual psychotherapy, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients rewrite their inner narratives, strengthen relationships, and reclaim a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a connection. It’s a time for us to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This session is also a space for you to ask questions, share concerns, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to begin your healing journey.
