Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges. With five years of experience, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or self-discovery, I am here to help you develop practical coping strategies, deeper self-awareness, and lasting resilience.

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I believe in empowering my clients to take meaningful steps toward growth and healing. If you're ready to start this journey, I’d love to support you along the way

My approach to therapy

I have had the privilege of working with patients from diverse backgrounds, ranging in age from five to seventy-one. My primary focus is on clients who are prepared to take the next step in their journey. I have experience addressing a variety of diagnoses, including substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and behavioral issues.

What you can expect from me

I take great joy in witnessing individuals recognize their own potential and greatness. As a facilitator of change, I invite you to collaborate with me as we work together to navigate the next steps in your life.
