Great to meet you!

I have been working as a therapist to help clients find healing and gain understanding in themselves since 2016.

I hold a Body Acceptance Group for Women where clients work towards overcoming body shame, learn to nourish and heal their relationship with their body, and start living an empowered life.

Other areas of focus in my work are on adult family relationships, trauma, healing from sexual assault or abuse, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help make counseling feel comfortable, safe, and at your pace. We will work collaboratively to help you find your strength, feel empowered and confident, and rediscover meaning and purpose in your life.

Therapy with me is a nonjudgmental and collaborative space. I work in session to address emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships. I use mindfulness and other tools that many people have found help them cope with challenging life circumstances.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will trust that counseling can have a powerful and positive impact on your life. I hope you leave therapy with me feeling like a better version of yourself: the version of you that's always been there, just needed some help to come to the surface.

If you are bothered with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, feeling unworthy, poor body image, struggling with relationships, struggling with your family dynamics, or any other challenge in life, let’s talk about it.
