I’m a licensed therapist with a background in working with adults and parents navigating anxiety, burnout, and relational stress. I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected, especially those balancing caregiving, work, and high expectations of themselves. My work is grounded in attachment-based therapy, nervous system awareness, and self-compassion. I bring a relational, down-to-earth style to sessions and focus on creating a space that feels supportive, practical, and human. I’m especially passionate about helping parents and high-functioning adults slow down, understand their patterns, and build more sustainable ways of coping.
