Great to meet you!

My path in becoming a mental health counselor was paved by a fascination with psychology, inspiring professors, a curiosity for healing, and remarkable clinical supervisors. I spent 12 years as a primary counselor then clinical supervisor for a women's program in the substance use/mental health agency setting before shifting to primary private practice. My experiences here provided opportunities to hone skills in treating complex trauma, anxiety/depression, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and infuses her strengths of love, humor, gratitude, spirituality, and love of learning during sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be met with warmth, non-judgement and a lot of safety. You also may see my cats walk across the screen lol.
