A bit about my approach to therapy

As a psychiatric provider, I prioritize being relatable and direct, creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I lead with empathy, ensuring that my approach is compassionate while still addressing challenges with honesty and clarity. I actively encourage shared decision-making, empowering patients to take an informed and collaborative role in their care.

What you can expect from our first session

Patients can expect to leave their visits feeling validated, empowered, and more in control of their mental health journey. They’ll gain a clearer understanding of their symptoms and treatment options, as well as practical tools to support progress. Most importantly, they’ll feel like an active partner in their care, not just a recipient of it.
