Great to meet you!

I know what it feels like to suit up, take a hit, and get back in the game. As a football player, I learned what a great coach does: sees what you can't see in yourself, builds around your strengths, and refuses to let you quit. I also learned the harder part — when the pads come off, we (men) are expected to handle everything alone. Facing my own mental health challenges in a system not built for how men think or compete gave me direction. 30 + years of personal recovery from addiction, anxiety, depression, race based trauma, along with life's transitions. Im building the practice I once needed.

My approach to therapy

"I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it works. Session one, we figure out what brought you in and where you want to go. From there, we examine how your thoughts fuel your emotions and actions, and you'll learn to challenge the ones keeping you stuck, so things actually change."

What you can expect from me

The first session is about figuring out what's going on and where you want to go. We'll cover what brought you in, what's not working, and what you want different. I'll ask direct questions and give you my honest read — then we'll set a plan and get to work. No fluff, no endless talking in circles. You'll walk away knowing exactly what we're targeting and how we'll move the needle.
