My approach to therapy

I practice as a Cognitive Behavioral therapist, and I am well-skilled in the use of evidence-based practices,

Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, and the Matrix

Model for SUD individuals and groups. My current interests include holistic approaches to mental wellness, including mental health wellness, sexual health, and the connection to mental health and the metaphysics of self.

My goal as a therapist is to help guide my clients to discover and confront the issues that have led them to seek help therapeutically. I have ability to allow them to take full responsibility for their success in their process. I am merely a guide.
