Great to meet you!

As a triple board-certified nurse practitioner ( nurse midwife, family practitioner, and mental health), I believe that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. I have many years of experience in the perinatal mental health field, but I enjoy caring for all walks of life. I currently care for clients aged 10-65 for many conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood/bipolar, PTSD, and perinatal disorders, among others.

My approach to therapy

I believe in taking an integrative, holistic approach, incorporating body and mind, that allows your personalized care plan to possibly include medications, diet, exercise, and self-care measures. Collaboration with members of your healthcare team (PCP or therapist) is also important for your care plan, as they allow us to see the bigger picture, giving you optimal results.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an intake that allows me to get to know you, your history, and the goals that are most important to you. We will then work together to tailor a plan to get you feeling your best self! I aim to provide the best evidence-based care in a warm, encouraging environment where you can be yourself and feel safe.
