Great to meet you!

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an elementary school teacher, which deeply shaped my understanding of child development and the importance of emotional safety in learning and growth. I specialize in working with children and families, particularly around behavior management, family separation, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to healing is rooted in a holistic framework that supports the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I focus on three pillars of growth: talk therapy, physical wellness, and nutrition. Together, these elements create a balanced path toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking support with stress, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, or life transitions, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns that align with your values. Healing is not one-size-fits-all — together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors who you are and where you want to go.
