Great to meet you!
“You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy—you just have to show up.” Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or the stress of trying to manage everything on their own. You may feel stuck in patterns that leave you exhausted, disconnected, or constantly on edge. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin finding healthier ways to move forward. I primarily work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also enjoy supporting children, couples, and families working through communication and family dynamic concerns. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe being yourself, exploring challenges, and building tools for real change. Growth doesn’t have to feel intimidating, therapy can also be a place where healing feels approachable, empowering, and even a little hopeful.
