With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I hold a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision and master’s degrees in both Community Counseling and Public Administration. My professional experience includes working in outpatient, community-based, and agency settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to support healing and change, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques for younger clients. I also bring a strong systems perspective to my work with couples and families, helping them strengthen relationships and improve communication.
