Great to meet you!

With more than thirty years of dedicated experience in mental health care, I offer compassionate, personalized support grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine understanding. My journey includes a decade as a Registered Nurse and the past six years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in community mental health. This diverse background allows me to provide holistic care that seamlessly blends evidence-based therapy and medication management, always tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University, and I’m deeply committed to helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health concerns—including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and empowering—focused on helping you rediscover hope, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being. Your recovery matters to me, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing should feel both effective and uplifting. By blending proven therapeutic methods with practical behavioral techniques, I help clients achieve lasting improvement in both mental and physical well-being. While life can be tough, I know that humor and warmth are powerful tools in the journey to recovery. My goal is to make our sessions something you truly look forward to—where you feel safe, understood, and even able to laugh along the way. Together, we’ll work at a comfortable pace, focusing on your strengths and goals, so you can find real growth and renewed hope. I hope our work not only brings you relief, but also leaves you with positive skills and memories that benefit you long into the future.

"To persevere is important for everybody, don't give up, don't give in. There is always an answer to everything".

What you can expect from me

When you visit, you can expect to leave feeling truly heard, understood, and supported. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I offer comprehensive mental health care designed just for you—blending expert medication management with a variety of effective therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and even guidance on nutrition and supplements.

Clients often say they value my warm communication style and welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere—where humor and genuine care make even the toughest conversations feel easier. My hope is that you’ll leave each session with renewed confidence, practical tools, and a greater sense of well-being. Most importantly, I want our appointments to become something you look forward to, knowing you’re investing in your health, resilience, and a brighter future.
