Great to meet you!

For more than 12 years, I have had the privilege of providing compassionate mental health care to adults as a licensed therapist in Idaho. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns like trauma, anxiety, depression, ongoing life stresses, anger, relationship issues, and work related stressors/trauma with a particular focus on supporting first responders. I understand the unique pressures that can come with serving others and I provide trauma informed care that recognizes both the challenges and resilience of those who work in high-stress environments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and collaborative.I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Personal-Centered Therapy, and positive psychology. Together, we can explore patterns, develop practical coping strategies, recognize personal strengths, and work towards meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I believe seeking therapy is a sign of strength, and my goal is to create a space where you can be open and authentic without fear of judgement. Our first session will be an opportunity to discuss what brought you to counseling and an opportunity for collaboration, allowing us to determine the best course of treatment to begin meeting your therapeutic needs.

This is done through telehealth appointments and a variety of times are available to meet most schedules.

My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
