Great to meet you!

I work with mothers and women who are ready to engage deeply in their healing and personal evolution. Many of my clients have spent much of their lives in caregiving roles: parents, adult children caring for aging family members, partners, healthcare professionals, teachers, therapists, or those who naturally take on the role of “the strong one.” While meaningful, these roles can also lead to overwhelm, burnout, and a pattern of overfunctioning that leaves little room for your own needs.

You may have already experienced therapy and are now seeking something more integrative; an approach that moves beyond coping into clarity, embodiment, and empowerment. Often, my clients come in recognizing that they’ve been conditioned to prioritize others, and are ready to explore the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives that have shaped that way of being.

In our work together, you are met with compassion as we uncover these patterns and begin the process of reconnecting you with your own needs, values, and inner authority. This is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself.

I provide psychotherapy using a personalized, trauma-informed approach that integrates somatic practices, nervous system regulation, shadow work, ecotherapy, transpersonal hypnotherapy, guided meditation, breathwork, reflective writing, and ritual-based practices.

This is a space where your growth, healing, and wholeness are honored...a journey of uncovery, discovery, and love.

My home base is North Carolina. I serve clients in NC, NJ, VA, FL and CA.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and integrative. I view therapy as a dynamic process that evolves with you. Together, we explore both the roots of your patterns and the practical tools needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I incorporate trauma-informed care with modalities that support both mind, body, and spirit helping you understand how your nervous system, past experiences, and internalized beliefs shape your current reality. For many caregivers and mothers, this includes gently unwinding the habit of overfunctioning and learning how to create space for rest, boundaries, and self-trust.

Our work is both exploratory and actionable, supporting you in gaining insight while also building the capacity to just be and balance doing. I prioritize authenticity and create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.

What you can expect from me

Before scheduling your first therapy session, all new clients & clients returning after 30 days of no sessions are required to complete a complimentary 15-minute consultation call.

Consultation calls are available Tuesday through Friday at 12:45 PM only. Appointments scheduled outside of this designated consultation time will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for honoring these scheduling boundaries, which allow me to provide intentional, high-quality care to every client.

Your consultation offers an opportunity for us to briefly connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and determine whether we’re a good fit for working together.

If we decide to move forward, your first session is a space to arrive exactly as you are...no pressure and no expectation to have everything figured out.

We’ll begin by exploring what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to shift, heal, or experience differently.

I strive to create a calm, supportive, and attuned environment where you can feel seen and heard, perhaps for the first time without needing to hold it all together. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what alignment might look like for you, not only in reducing distress, but in reconnecting with yourself, your values, and the life you want to create.

Many clients leave their first session with a sense of relief, greater clarity, and the beginning of a different relationship with themselves, one centered in compassion, choice, self-trust, and the possibility of living in a way that truly reflects their needs and values.
