Great to meet you!

In need of empowerment, inspiration, peace, drive, or to process the past, I am here for the whole journey! Graduate from Temple University and Holy Family University, I specialize in treating addiction and eating disorders. I have worked extensively with those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, major life adjustments, and chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is...well I wouldn't be able to determine that until we meet. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" kind or career. I truly try to take the time to learn about each individual I work with, their particular set of struggles, and how to move forward from that point.

What you can expect from me

I hope each client I work with leaves sessions with one of three things, 1) resolution, 2) solutions, or 3) insight. If you get all three in one session, we both get gold stars for the day!
