Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals who have faced trauma, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions—particularly those connected to military and first-responder experiences. My clinical background includes working with veterans, active-duty personnel, and their families as they navigate the unique emotional and relational challenges that follow service and reintegration into civilian life.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered therapy. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, learn to regulate emotions, and reconnect with a sense of stability and purpose.
I believe that healing is possible when we slow down enough to listen to what our minds and bodies are trying to tell us. Whether you’re dealing with flashbacks, anxiety, or the silent weight of chronic stress, I’m here to help you build the tools and insight needed to move forward with strength and clarity.
