Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed therapist in North Carolina offering trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating life transitions, relationship conflict, and identity development. I specialize in working with clients who have completed early trauma recovery and are seeking deeper integration, meaning, and authentic living.

I work with individuals exploring sexuality, desire, fantasy, and identity — including topics that may feel taboo, confusing, or difficult to talk about elsewhere. My approach is sex-positive and trauma-informed, meaning we can talk openly about what’s present without shame. This is a space for curiosity and accountability, not judgment or pressure.

I also believe therapy should be a place where the whole person is welcome. That includes the parts of ourselves that don’t fit neatly into boxes.

My role isn’t to tell clients who to be — it’s to help them listen more clearly to themselves, build safer relationships internally and externally, and live in ways that feel more honest and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My work is IFS-informed, with a focus on helping clients understand internal emotional patterns and apply that insight to relationships, communication, and daily functioning. I provide affirming care for clients in nontraditional relationship structures and those exploring sexuality, attachment, and relational distress.

What you can expect from me

I help couples build insight, emotional safety, and more intentional ways of relating. I am affirming and experienced in working with nontraditional relationships, including polyamory, kink, and sex-positive frameworks. If you've ever felt like you had to water yourself down in therapy, you won't have to do that with me. When people don't have to censor themselves, real change becomes possible.
