Great to meet you!

I primarily work with women navigating fertility, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum, and motherhood. I use various approaches that work for the individual client to help decrease common mood-related disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

During our consultation and initial session, we evaluate you uniquely to identify the therapeutic approaches that best meet you. I've found that having the openness to pivot and implement new therapies when needed is essential. I lead with a self-compassion and cognitive approach, and we build upon that.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is information gathering. It's a chance for me to get to know you, what's bringing you to therapy, and your life experiences, to better assist in meeting your goals.
