Great to meet you!

My name is Crystal Meeusen. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I have over 20 years of working with a variety of populations and challenges. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, and addiction. In the therapy process I utilize a strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT informed skills), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe, validating, therapeutic environment in which you can be your authentic self. I honor your bravery to share your story. I embrace the opportunity to help hold your story with you, so it doesn’t feel so heavy.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel empowered as you learn tools to help you overcome your struggles and feel confident to tackle anything that arises. I am blessed to walk beside you as you grow into the most effective version of yourself. I look forward to joining you on your journey toward creating your best life.
