Great to meet you!

Life has a way of keeping us on our toes. Maybe you’re in the middle of a big transition—a breakup, a new job, military or government service shifts, parenting changes, or simply asking yourself “who even am I right now?” These moments can feel overwhelming, lonely, or stuck, but they can also be powerful turning points.

I work best with people who don’t want cookie-cutter therapy. My style is active, conversational, and engaged—I’ll challenge you when you need it, support you when it feels heavy, and sprinkle in laughter when it’s called for. Think of it as talking to a trusted friend—except one who’s trained to help you heal, grow, and create lasting change.

I specialize in working with millennials and young professionals, government employees, other therapists, first responders, and veterans. Having served in the US Navy myself, I understand the unique challenges of transition, high-stress environments, and carrying more than your fair share.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to you. I don’t just sit back and nod—I engage, challenge, and walk alongside you as you navigate what’s next. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, patterns, and goals using approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, all through a holistic lens that considers your whole life—not just your symptoms.

You’re not broken—you’re becoming. My role is to walk with you as you find clarity, reconnect with your authentic self, and build the balance and confidence you deserve. Therapy with me is about rediscovering who you are beneath the stress, expectations, and life transitions so you can move forward feeling grounded, empowered, and real. If you’re ready to move forward, I’d be honored to join you in the process.

What you can expect from me

Expect warmth, curiosity, and a genuine conversation. Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s been going on and what brought you to therapy—no pressure, no judgment. I’ll ask questions to understand your story and what you’re hoping for, and together we’ll start mapping out goals that make sense for you.

You can expect me to be real, down-to-earth, and engaged from the start. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and maybe even a little lighter knowing you’ve got someone in your corner
