You are getting the best of both worlds. My name is Crystal M. Perry MSN, CRNP-BC, PMHNP-BC. I am both a primary care and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. That means I am licensed to address your physical and emotional needs through medication and Psychotherapy. The mind and the body are often connected.

Somebody does understand. You are emotionally tired, overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, have anxiety, grieving, maybe the loss of others and your own identity. You are lost. You have experienced trauma maybe an illness and never addressed it just picked up the pieces and kept going because you had to.
