Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health. I've been practicing for 11 years. I specialize in young adults and adults (18+) with a focus on BIPOC. My expertise in mental health focuses on depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My passion is to erase the stigma in mental health with empowerment and awareness.

My approach to therapy

My job is to create a warm, trustworthy, nonjudgmental and professional relationship that will allow you to communicate freely and openly. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I will provide skills and strategies that will enhance continued growth and development during and after therapy has ended.

What you can expect from me

The first step is often the hardest yet necessary. Seeking therapy does not mean that you're weak, it means that you are strong and brave enough to say "I need help and I can't do it alone." During the initial session, I like to offer you an opportunity to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy.
