I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. Having worked over the past three decades with a variety of clients and presenting problems, I have found one treatment method doesn't necessarily address the needs of all clients. In my experience having the ability to tailor the methods I use to address the clients' needs results in better outcomes.
