I am known for my nonjudgmental, supportive approach, creating a safe space for individuals to explore challenges related to mood, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors. I meet patients where they are mentally and emotionally, and work collaboratively to develop personalized interventions that build practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and support navigation of life stressors. My approach promotes balance and resilience at a pace that feels safe, realistic, and sustainable.
