Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a special interest in attachment, relationships, and interpersonal dynamics. I'm a Level 2 Gottman-trained couples clinician and a certified ADHD clinical services provider. My goal is to help clients explore how early experiences and recurring relationship patterns influence their sense of self, emotional well-being, and connections with others, so they can develop healthy, secure relationships with themselves and loved ones.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, and attachment-informed. I believe that our current struggles often make more sense when we understand the patterns, experiences, relationships, and environments that have shaped us. Together, we’ll explore not only what you’re experiencing, but also what may be contributing to it and keeping you feeling stuck.

I also believe therapy should offer more than insight. I incorporate practical strategies from cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based approaches to help you develop new ways of thinking, communicating, coping, and responding to challenges. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build concrete skills that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, the areas of your life you’d like to improve, and some of the experiences or patterns that may be contributing to where you are today. I’ll ask questions to better understand the bigger picture, but you’ll never be expected to share more than you’re comfortable with.

We’ll begin by identifying your therapy goals and discussing what our work together might look like. You can expect a collaborative, conversational approach that will leave room for both reflection and practical problem-solving. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what we can work toward together.
