Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Cyd. If you’re looking for a therapy session where you can cuss, scream, spit, cry, laugh, then I’m your girl. I aim to create a safe space for the things you’re worried about being misunderstood over, criticized for, exploring complex traumas, as well as uplifting your hopes and dreams.

My approach to therapy

My practice involves using eclectic, evidence-based, and person-centered approaches, including models like IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and frameworks such as somatic, psychoanalytic, mindfulness, humanistic, spirituality, philosophical, existential, and trauma-informed care. Not all of us have—or have had in the past—safe spaces to experience and process the messiness of life. If you’ve never had that space to explore your deeper thoughts about life, sexuality, spirituality, or stressors involving today’s evolving political landscape, then I want to be the one to hold space for you. It’s my honor to help you be your best self, laugh with you, celebrate with you, and grow with you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other and what therapy will look like together. My goal is to get acquainted, build a deeper understanding for your history and hopes for therapy. We will ultimately work together as partners in your wellness journey. And feel free to ask me anything- I am an open book!
