My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with building trust and establishing rapport with each client. This helps build the foundation to foster a productive and effective therapy experience. I help clients understand readiness's integral role in their healing. As a guide and support, I employ various modalities, i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork: attachment-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.

What you can expect from me

After the first therapy session, the client will have identified objectives and goals for therapy. They will understand that sometimes they might feel worse before they feel better. They will know they have an advocate on their team to help them reach their therapy and wellness goals. Lastly, they will feel empowered to make necessary changes for their healing.
