My approach to therapy

I implore a myriad of therapeutic techniques as a way of tailoring my therapeutic approach to the individual client. In collaboration with my clients, I use a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral, person-centered, psychodynamic, structural family therapy and mindfulness techniques. My focus is to help you gain new insights, learn new skills, and achieve a sense of wellness, balance, and greater self-efficacy.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe and warm environment in which you can take an active role in deepening your self-awareness. My approach is infused with creativity and non-judgement.
