Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when there is a strong connection between therapist and client. My style is warm, genuine, and direct. I'll offer compassion and support, but I'll also help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

As a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR specialist, I create a space where you can be yourself without judgment. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly because I show up as a real person—not just a therapist.

I believe healing happens through both insight and action. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

As a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR specialist, I help clients gain insight into the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we'll process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I believe healing happens through both compassion and accountability. While I provide a supportive space, I'll also gently challenge you to move beyond old patterns and take steps toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where we'll focus on what's bringing you to therapy and what you'd like to be different in your life. You don't need to prepare or have all the answers.

Together, we'll explore what's been most challenging, patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and what goals you have for therapy. We'll also discuss how I work and determine whether we're a good fit.

There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.

Clients often experience greater emotional balance, increased confidence, healthier coping skills, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Over time, many find they feel more grounded, more connected, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
