Great to meet you!

I specialize in ADHD therapy for adults. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by challenges with focus, organization, emotional regulation, or relationships. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is ADHD-informed, practical, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, Brainspotting, attachment-focused, and somatic approaches to help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies that support daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding you, not fixing everything at once. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant history, and your goals for treatment. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
