Great to meet you!

A lot of the people I work with are used to being the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion themselves. Over time, that can start to feel like your normal.

I work with adults, parents, professionals, and perinatal clients navigating trauma, difficult experiences, parenting stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and able to slow down without feeling judged or rushed.

Therapy is tailored to each person’s individual needs and pace while helping clients feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected to themselves again.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and centered around helping people feel more like themselves again. A lot of the people I work with are used to showing up for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. Therapy can be a space to finally slow down, feel understood, and talk about the things you’ve been carrying without feeling judged or rushed.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, parenting challenges, difficult experiences, and life transitions while helping them feel more grounded and emotionally regulated. Therapy is tailored to each person’s individual needs and pace, and EMDR may be incorporated when it feels like a good fit for the work we’re doing together.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what has been feeling difficult, overwhelming, or emotionally heavy. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for.

Together, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what support may look like for you, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more comfortable moving forward.
