Great to meet you!

You’re a woman who appears to have it together. You’re capable, responsible, and often the one others rely on—at work, in your relationships, and in your family. You get things done. You show up. Most people would assume you’re fine. But inside, you’re tired of holding it all together.

You may feel constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Your mind doesn’t really shut off, even when you’re tired. There’s often a sense of urgency in your body, like if you slow down, everything might fall apart. Rest can feel uncomfortable or guilt-inducing. You may replay conversations, be hard on yourself when you make a mistake, or feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough. You might notice resentment or irritability toward others while also feeling bad for having those feelings. You may care deeply about the people around you but struggle to ask for support yourself, worrying you’re “too much” or a burden. While your life may look stable on the outside, inside you may feel anxious, disconnected, lonely, or unsure why you still don’t feel okay.I provide compassionate, solution-focused therapy for women experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, codependency, and recovery from toxic or one-sided relationships. I’ve worked with women for nearly ten years & understand how stress & emotional overload often show up beneath the surface. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting to address your stress.
