Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified psychiatric (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Gero Primary Care (NP-C) nurse practitioner with 17 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings. My clinical education includes a Master of Science in Nursing and post-graduate certificate from the University of Michigan-Flint. I treat clients age 13-65 with a variety or mental health conditions, but I especially enjoy working with middle-aged adults struggling with life and health transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that correcting root causes of mental illness leads to better outcomes for clients. My approach combines traditional psychiatric care with functional medicine principals, including nutrition, lifestyle and behavioral interventions. I completed the Psychiatry Redefined Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship. I meet each client where they are in their individual journey.

What you can expect from me

I offer virtual services but the practice model I've created at Project Wellness encourages in-person services. I offer a safe, welcoming environment where clients can explore their feelings without judgment. For clients who aren't comfortable with the thought of sitting on a couch talking, we have a project room. Think play therapy for adults! I work with clients to identify realistic goals and help empower them to achieve outcomes that matter most.
