Great to meet you!

Welcome! Let me introduce myself. I have a passion for helping people grow and learn about their strengths. My belief is that, by creating a safe place can lead to empowerment and even gain relief from current or past issues.

I am trained in multiple modalities and use a strengths base approach. We will work together to create purpose and direction in life. In the first few sessions we will create realistic and time sensitive goals to further this process improving quality of life. As a clinical supervisor I offer individual supervision for conditionally licensed practitioners.

My approach to therapy

When life is difficult we can all use a person to share the hard parts. I provide a space where growth, quality of life and acceptance of self are held in high esteem. I welcome you to my practice and look forward to working with you in this everchanging world. Please feel free to contact me to book a session.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we will build therapeutic connection of trust in an environment that allows expression of needs openly. I seek to help others improve quality of life, self-care, and alleviation of symptoms causing unwanted results. My approach is unique because I have both lived and educational experiences-blended together for practical application.
