Anxiety, Maternal Mental Health, OCD, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating couples and anxiety, working with adults and older teens struggling with anxiety & panic attacks, OCD-related challenges, pregnancy/postpartum struggles and birth trauma, addiction, past sexual assault and/or abuse, relationship conflicts and difficulties (especially in dating, marriage, and breakups), and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use and teach emotion regulation strategies, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills, cognitive approaches from CBT, DBT, and ACT, and gradual exposure therapies with individuals. With couples and relationship work, I use the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and awareness of attachment principles.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to use evidence-based methods that you can use on your own, rather than gimmicks. You are the master of your life, and I enjoy helping you to become the person you are truly meant to be!
