Great to meet you!

Hello, welcome and Bienvenue!

I am a clinician who is deeply passionate about protecting, empowering, and healing our children, adolescents, and young adults. I am also proud to offer fully bilingual care in both English and French.

We live in a world where the future generation is facing unprecedented emotional noise, anxiety, and identity confusion. I don't believe in just managing symptoms; my practice is built to step into the trenches with families during their most difficult transitional stages.

If you are a searching for a practitioner who truly relates to your Christian faith, honors your family values, and can help you or your children deepen identity in Christ so they can proudly own who they are, you have found a home here. Together, we are going to build an emotionally intelligent, resilient Kingdom generation.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, open-minded approach that masterfully balances evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs. When medication is a necessary tool, I utilize precise micro-titration and close monitoring to ensure maximum mental clarity using the lowest effective dosages. As an EMDR-certified practitioner, I use trauma-recovery tools alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and grounding mindfulness to help clients build strong emotional regulation skills. Everything I do is anchored in a dedicated, Christ-centered framework that honors your family values, provides an empowering sanctuary, and nurtures your spirit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a safe, welcoming whole-health evaluation designed to understand your unique everyday challenges and goals in a completely judgment-free space. Acknowledging that only God heals, while my purpose is to prepare, equip, empower, and provide you with practical tools to navigate life and grow. Please take advantage of a free 20 min call to learn more about me, (and, I you), and the services available. I look forward to speaking with you.
