My name is CyReshia & I am a clinical social worker. I attended Michigan State University for my undergraduate degree in Human Development & Family Studies, and received my Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University which is the #9 social work school in the United States. I am also the founder of Mental Health Culture, LLC which is a platform that normalizes, educates, and advocates for all things mental health.

With seven years of experience in social work, I have engaged with both adolescents and adults across diverse sectors including foster care, dialysis clinic/hospitals, & work with Veterans. Working with these individuals have allowed me to gain experience as it relates to impacts of trauma, adjustment to life changes, life transitions, chronic illnesses, relationship issues, anxiety, plus more.

My overall goal is to ride alongside clients on their healing journey while providing the emotional support needed to assist in identifying positive coping skills, clarity, and ultimately a solution that grants peace.

I strive to create a therapeutic approach that is welcoming, open minded, empathetic, honest, direct, empowering, and goal oriented. Lets work together to identify the root cause of the problem so that we can better understand it’s affects & the best way to heal through it.
