Cyril Forcha

Hello, my name is Cyril Forcha, PMHNP. I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Arizona, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

I bring over eight years of experience in both inpatient psychiatry and general medicine, and I’m board certified in both primary care and psychiatric mental health care. My background allows me to see the full picture—mentally, emotionally, and physically—especially for clients with complex needs. I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use and co-occurring conditions, and I understand how deeply mental and physical health intersect. My purpose in this work is simple: to make a meaningful difference in your life.

My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and active listening. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to find real, workable solutions. I care deeply about the people I serve and am committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized care that reflects your unique needs and goals.
