Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health and substance use field for eight years, helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. I take a strengths-based approach, believing that each person has unique capabilities that can be harnessed for growth. My background in psychology and social work has provided me with a deep understanding of the interactions between individuals and systems.

My approach to therapy

I use a solution-focused approach that empowers clients to recognize and build upon their strengths. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, which allows me to tailor my methods to best support my clients. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to help them overcome obstacles related to mental health, substance use, and developmental challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel empowered and supported in their journey toward personal growth. I help individuals develop practical strategies to navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Whether working with children or adults, my focus is on helping clients build resilience, recognize their strengths, and find meaningful solutions to the difficulties they face.
