Great to meet you!

I am a Christian counselor who is dedicated to providing compassionate mental health counseling to people seeking healthy emotional and mental health recovery and relationship skills. I provide a safe space to integrate the spiritual and emotional components of therapy, while respecting your culture, faith traditions and spiritual perspectives. If you are sad, depressed, anxious, stressed, have experienced the loss of a loved one, or are unsure about career decisions, I can help you.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is based on an eclectic model that is primarily influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. Therapy takes commitment, work, and time. During therapy you and I, will work together to assess where you are experiencing difficulties, set goals, and work towards meeting and exceeding those goals.

What you can expect from me

By establishing a positive and trusting relationship, I will assist you as we work to resolve your needs. My experience includes women's issues, individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
